Each year volunteers representing the local restaurant community host an event called “The Jacksonville FOODFIGHT” that features 60 of Jacksonville’s finest restaurants and beverage wholesalers/distributors who come together in friendly competition to “take a bite out of hunger” by raising funds and awareness for Nourishment Network. The 24th Annual Jacksonville FOODFIGHT will be held at the EverBank Field Touchdown Club East on Thursday, June 5, 2014. The event will feature more than 60 local restaurants, beverage distributors and caterers engaging in a friendly competition showcasing their signature dishes. In addition to the fabulous food and spirits, live entertainment will provided by Be Easy. Check them out on Facebook!

More than 1,200 guests are expected to attend the event and enjoy the samplings provided by the best in the industry. Last year, nearly $80,000 was raised at the event with all proceeds benefiting the Nourishment Network food bank.

Tickets purchased after May 27, will not be mailed. They will be available at Will-Call on the day of the event.
